 Heavy Duty
Ball Bearing Swivels are available in Models
HD-00, HD-0, HD-1, HD-2, HD-3 and HD-4.
Each model is different in size,
specifications and ratings; but they all have the same basic design.
They are specifically designed for tension stringing, and assure
that conductor will remain in the neutral position during stringing
of transmission or distribution lines.
These twin race ball bearing swivels are
manufactured from high-grade pre-stressed steel. Proper placement of
thrust and radial bearing allow thrust and shock loads to be
absorbed without affecting rotation of swivel. Pins are screwdriver
removable. |

It is important that you read and
understand all breaking strength, safety and technical data
relating to all Lewis Manufacturing Company products before
use. Make a complete inspection of swivels before each use.
Do not alter or modify units. Make sure that the end pens
make up properly and Allen screw is in place. Rotate swivel
by hand to determine proper operation of bearings. Please
order carefully. Lubricate all grease able swivels before
and after each use. Do not exceed published working load on
any Lewis ball bearing swivel. |
