Lewis Manufacturing now offers custom Waterjet Cutting Services. Our waterjet cutting machine by FLOW International provides the ability to fabricate custom metal items such as:

The Waterjet Cutting technology is replacing plasma and other heat producing cutters due to its ability to cut the product using a cold stream of extremely high pressure water. This cold cutting process eliminates the problems associated with heat deformation caused by plasma or torch cutting. Under cold cutting process the metal does not weaken or deform. Our waterjet system can cut a variety of metals including up to 8" stainless steel.

To receive a quotations please submit your part drawing in electronic AutoCAD format or printed on paper; our technicians will begin the quotation process as soon as possible and provide you with a cost per piece and lead times. Delivery on most orders including our Oilfield Brake bands is a week or less after receipt of your order.
